    Hi Masroor Alam,

Welcome to Microsoft Community. Thank you for reaching out.

I'm really sorry for your issue. Let’s try a few steps to see if recovery is possible:

First of all, please check the Second-Stage Recycle Bin

    • If you're using a school account, OneDrive may have a Second-stage recycle bin where files are temporarily stored after deletion.
    • Sign in to OneDrive, go to Recycle Bin, and check if there's an option for Second-stage recycle bin at the bottom of the page.

Secondly, please contact Your IT Administrator as soon as possible.

    • If the Second-stage recycle bin doesn’t have the files, your school or organization’s IT administrator might be able to recover them from backups or retention policies.
    • Reach out to them as soon as possible to check available options.

Finally, if you have tried all the solutions above, I really regret that your file has been permanently deleted from the OneDrive Recycle Bin, it will not be possible to recover the file.

    Warm Regards,
