Old student Microsoft 365 account is controlling all of my device devices

Lately someone close to me had figured out that the issue to my problem lies, and my old computer which has been logged in but inactive for the last four or five years. Unfortunately, we had to go our separate ways and I'm getting set up for things that I am not doing because I do not have control of my devices and it's registering me as a child user. They're manipulating the Internet has set up satellite things somewhere in the apartment have cut me off from all outside contact. The cops won't do anything. Google won't do anything. Apple won't do anything. I can't get a hold of Chicago because I'm not a student anymore. I'm about to be either homeless or put in jail for whatever is going on at best. I'll only owe my ex $15-$20,000 along with another 5 to 10 through my apartment complex it said don't post any personal information but I have two user ID keys that are like very long that I have screenshots of, but I don't know how much longer I'll have control of this phone that I literally just purchased for $1400 to make this post. I need to deactivate this account and relinquish the control that somehow my Toshiba laptop from 2007 that isn't my possession that I cannot login because it needs a special card or key to be able to turn on and I do not have that. I never said this up I have not physically turned that computer on since 2013 and maybe once in 2018 or 2019 when I went to college in Chicago to see if it worked and it did not so I turned it off and never used it again. Now someone has upgraded it and is somehow using it against me. I've been searching for answers for years and just this one relationship that ended a month ago has made my life literally unlivable. There is no point in continuing anymore if I am going to be controlled like this by someone who is not even a fully American citizen yet. Not trying to be mean, but I never asked to have my identity taken because of an old account that somehow never got deleted.

Another application that's managing me is edge service management center through a NRF management profile application. I've never been on GitHub in my entire life. I thought that was for hackers well I guess in a way it's for master manipulators but either way I never knew about any of this until I spent the last 250 hours on Google because no one else will listen to me.

With the Wi-Fi that I do not control that I pay for it's under my name. There are 44 devices listed under local network that I am not able to see or manipulate. There's a security system built into the apartment that was added in a full removed in that I did not know about or was not aware of until about a week ago. Both of my TVs have aftermarket software installed onto them my 2007 Toshiba laptop can somehow run better than my MacBook Pro.(upgraded) there's three different satellite connections going through the Toshiba and I don't think I've ever set up one.. I plugged my phone into an HDMI/ethernet cable the other day which ran through an Internet adapter into the ethernet. Let's just say that phone no longer responds to my command commands. I bought a new phone and plugged that phone into my MacBook to try to get it running well now the MacBook and the phone also don't respond to my commands.. I went out and bought another phone this phone and I'm too scared to go home, but it's really cold.
