Remove the grey lines in a report

i just cant remember how to do this sorry

The grey lines/shadow on a long report, can i ask how to remove them

    It's difficult to understand where these are without a screenshot. However it could be the Alternate Back Color property which sadly defaults to a shaded section on every other record.
