I'm trying to re-add a Microsoft 365 email account to Outlook on an iPhone after changing my password but keep getting the following error message:

Sorry, but we're having trouble with signing you in.

AADSTS20012: An error occurred when we tried to process a WS-Federation message. The message was invalid, malformatted, or contains potentially dangerous characters.

Message: AADSTS20012: An error occurred when we tried to process a WS-Federation message. The message was invalid, malformatted, or contains potentially dangerous characters.

Not sure what steps to take from here? Does anyone have any advice please?

Thank you
