According to your description, we understand that you are currently unable to pass multiple authentication, so you cannot re-generate the QR code login information.
Please understand that since this phenomenon involves account login, the help our forum can provide is very limited, so I suggest you to contact with your admin to disable your MFA to see if it can help.
- Go to Office 365 admin center
- select Users->Activeuser,
- Then select an account, click Manage multifactor authentication
- Then you can disable your MFA
