- Please share your account and subscription details via private message.
- Have you recently made any changes to your email account, such as updating your password or modifying security settings?
- Have you tried restarting your phone and then accessing the email account again?
- Have you tried clearing the app cache and then accessing the account again?
- Go to Settings > Apps > Outlook
- Tap on Storage > Clear Cache.
- Please attempt to log into your account from Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com) using your browser and let me know if you can access your account.
- Have you checked for updates to the Outlook application on your device? If so, please share the version currently installed on your Android device.
- Are you able to access your email account from another mobile device?

To display the private message option> sign in to the Microsoft Community, use your email account where you posted this topic in the Microsoft Community, click the > profile picture in the upper-right corner, > select the My Profile option.
