I am also having an issue. I had an S21 that was (and is) working fine. I have everything setup on my new S24+ except some of my email accounts, and I need to send the old phone back to Samsung. In my Outlook app I have my work personal outlook and work shared outlook emails set up fine as well as my school 365. I have 3 additional 365 emails through go daddy. I can log into them on my laptop which I rarely use, but cannot load them into my outlook app or my authenticator app. I get the 5ssai unable to authenticate error.
'Something went wrong. 5ssai.
I had an error with trying to send an email (Microsoft 365) on my android phone.
The send arrow was disabled. I deleted the email account.
I tried to add the account again and now it is coming up with 'Something went wrong. {5ssai}.

2025-01-06T11:37:52+00:00 I am also stuck, new S24 proving to be useless for 365 apps and no good for work. Old phone works fine - apart from the broken screen thing..

2025-01-06T22:24:26+00:00 I believe it is a GoDaddy issue not Microsoft
I spoke to some one at GoDaddy and they did something and told me to retry adding the account to my phone and it worked
regards
