I am also having an issue. I had an S21 that was (and is) working fine. I have everything setup on my new S24+ except some of my email accounts, and I need to send the old phone back to Samsung. In my Outlook app I have my work personal outlook and work shared outlook emails set up fine as well as my school 365. I have 3 additional 365 emails through go daddy. I can log into them on my laptop which I rarely use, but cannot load them into my outlook app or my authenticator app. I get the 5ssai unable to authenticate error.

I am also stuck, new S24 proving to be useless for 365 apps and no good for work. Old phone works fine - apart from the broken screen thing..

Yes, I'm too having the same problem, it worked for my hotmail account, and two other Go Daddy account but will not work email for my work account that's on-the-GoDaddy accounts. Z-Fold

Would be nice if someone from Microsoft would help with this issue.

I believe it is a GoDaddy issue not Microsoft

I spoke to some one at GoDaddy and they did something and told me to retry adding the account to my phone and it worked

Hi, It didn't work to me to reinstalling, but now I've solved the issue by deleting Microsoft Authenticator and authorities my on another unit.
