'Something went wrong [5ssai]' seems to point at an incapacity of outlook for android (and apparently for iPhone too) to manage more than one Exchange account. 5ssai is the code when you try a private account; when you try a school/work account the same happens but gives code 5objp. I have an @outlook.com account and an account that is hosted by my provider at @onmicrosoft.outlook.com. If a have just one of them on either of my two phones, it all works nicely. Outlook for Windows works nicely, though, with both accounts running flawlessly. BAD STUFF, MICROSOFT, NOT BEING ABLE TO USE YOUR FEATURES IN YOUR SOFTWARE! Reported it, gave feedback, always volunteered to be contacted, never heard anything back. MICROSOFT: PLEASE RESPOND AND SOLVE. For what it is worth: if you have the possibility, move one of your accounts to MAPI. It only a bypass, but it could safe a lot of frustration.
'Something went wrong. 5ssai.
I had an error with trying to send an email (Microsoft 365) on my android phone.
The send arrow was disabled. I deleted the email account.
I tried to add the account again and now it is coming up with 'Something went wrong. {5ssai}.

2024-11-25T23:47:27+00:00 No matter what I try. I am unable to add my ******@sescl.org account to outlook on Android. I am using Galaxy Z Fold 5. It was working fine for 7 months and suddenly it asked me to sign in again. After that it kept giving me "Something went wrong. [5ssai]". I have removed the account and restarted my phone many times. Also when I use chrome on the phone, I am unable to log in using this account. The account works fine on the laptop in outlook and chrome. The issue is only on android. Can someone from MS please help with this.

2024-11-26T00:09:02+00:00 This is nothing to do with specific device. It is an office 365 issue with android. My other office 365 accounts work fine on the phone. So I think it is something to do with server authentication with specific accounts.
