Dear JOHNSON,
Good day!
Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!
Based on your description regarding "How to disable everyone's status?". After thorough research and testing, I found that as a non-admin user, you don't have the ability to disable or hide the status of other users. Each user can set their own status to "Offline" or "Do Not Disturb," but this can't be enforced across the board by a non-admin. However, you can manage your own status to minimize distractions by setting your status to "Do Not Disturb" as this will prevent notifications from popping up or Use the "Appear Offline" status.
