MS Teams did not verify my turn-in, and they never tried to warn me

I attached my works in the submission 3 hours before deadline, but I forgot to turn in. Unfortunately, MS Teams didn't warn me! Thus I must turned my assignment at 5:53 PM and it was so late! The deadline was 5 PM! Why did MS Teams not warn me when I attach my PDF?
