May I ask, you cant open all apps? how about trying to open those third party applications that are on your device? Could you open them?
I would suggest you try running the Windows App Troubleshooter
On your search bar, type "Troubleshoot Settings"
Click on Additional troubleshooter
Select on Windows Store Apps
then Run the Troubleshooter
