Hi

I created a nice Whiteboard and I would like to use that one as a template for other sessions, but I did not find a way to duplicate my own whiteboard or save it as a template to re-use... Is there a way?

Hi Nik, thank you for sharing it.

    I found a simple solution, I don't know why I didn't think about it before :)

I created my template and left it there without using it.

When I want to duplicate it I just go to it, select everything (CTRL + A) copy (CTRL + C) and paste (CTRL + V) in a new whiteboard, and use it as my template

    Thanks!

Easy and it solved my issue.

Hi, yes, thank you, but it's not what I need. I have a board and I want to duplicate it to always use the same layout without having to recreate the layout again and I don't want to change the boards I made. Just use the same layout, same settings as a new board, as if it were a template created by myself.

    Hi IgorMNTavares,

I have missed mentioning that copy/duplicate whiteboard feature is not available as of today. I have looked further and found a Microsoft UserVoice where other users have requested for this feature and it is still in a discussion. I would suggest you participate in UserVoice and Upvote here:

    https://whiteboard.uservoice.com/forums/915916-...

If you have any feedback, feel free to submit to Microsoft here:

    Microsoft teams - https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com

    Whiteboards - https://whiteboard.uservoice.com

Thanks for your understanding and participation in product improvement.

    Regards

    Nik

    Hi IgorMNTavares,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

You can go to https://whiteboard.microsoft.com/ and check if you see your all previous whiteboard, it may allow you to find any whiteboard that you created and use it again in future.

    I hope this helps!

    Regards

    Nik

Besides, If you are using a whiteboard in MS teams meeting, then click on "Open in app" and go to the whiteboard desktop app to check all your previous boards.

You can find all your previous whiteboards in-app, click on it > click three horizontal bars, next to you profile pic > it will show you all board settings, especially "Post in teams"

Please refer screenshots for more details.
