Whiteboard is black in 1 Teams meeting.

Hello,

I am a teacher and use Teams to host class for my virtual students. I have used the same link all year long. I use the whiteboard when I want to work with my students on problems (I teach math). Yesterday, when I loaded my whiteboard, I just saw a black screen. I tried restarting teams, restarting my computer, and changing the settings to allow or not allow collaboration. I switched to a new teams meeting, and the whiteboard worked, but when I came back to my original Teams meeting, the white board was back to not working again.

I do not want to switch class links because I do not want to confuse or lose some of my kids. Is there anything I can do to fix the whiteboard in that meeting?

    Hi Joseph,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

To check that you still have the previous whiteboard stored in your account, please go to https://whiteboard.microsoft.com/ and check if you locate your whiteboard from original Teams meeting.

If you see a blank whiteboard on the web app, then I'm afraid that somehow this has been changed or deleted.

    Regards

    Nik
