Why did the test case icons disappear from the Azure Boards, making it harder to see which user stories have linked test cases without opening each one?

As part of my project, I had written test cases and they were visible in the boards, and that was fine for me until this morning when the test icons disappeared from the board and it makes my QA job difficult when I have to go into each user story to see if there is a written test case.

There used to be icons here, now they are gone

    Hi Mirza Zahirovic

As you mentioned that test case icon is not visible, I am able to see from my end.

Could you please clear your cache, cookies and sign out and sign-in Azure DevOps Organization.

Open one of the user stories missing the icon -> Go to the Links tab -> Ensure that test cases are still linked and using the Tests link type. If not, re-link using Add link -> Existing item -> Test case -> Save.

    Hope this helps!

Please Let me know if you have any queries.

    Hello,

I also encounter the issue: the icon is only displayed if I start from the board, via "Add test case".

If I add the test case via the link, the icon is not displayed and I don't have any link to the test suite.

    What is the workaround then?

I'm experiencing the same issue. We create links and associate the test cases; we don't add them directly because we need to recycle the test case. These disappear from the dashboard randomly and are only visible in the links tab. Any solution to this problem?
