    Hi Phil,

Thanks for writing to the community. I understand that you are having issues using your Epson Scanner with your ARM device.

In this case, what is your Epson Scanner model and the Surface Arm Device model?

Epson has actually released drivers compatible for your Surface Arm Device.

    Epson and Windows ARM64 Support

    https://www.epson.eu/en_EU/faq/KA-01667/contents?loc=en-us

https://download.epson-europe.com/pub/download/6700/epson670029eu.exe - Click this link to download the Universal Print Driver v2.90.00

If in case that a Windows 11 ARM compatible driver is not available, then your scanner will only work with basic features. Let me know if this would work.

If you need more help, please feel free to reply to this thread.

    Best regards,

Phil, you can email or phone Epson https://epson.com/Support/Scanners/WorkForce-Series/Epson-WorkForce-GT-1500/s/SPT_B11B190011#contact about an ARM driver for this device. I believe it is a 12 year old+ product and Epson may not be considering providing an ARM driver.

Wish I had a better answer.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have bought Epson L6720 printer/scanner. Epson did release an arm driver but only for the printer https://download-center.epson.com/softwares/?device_id=L6270+Series&region=PL&os=WIN1164A&language=pl . To use my scanner for example with "FileCenter" application I need TWAIN driver.

Yes it's my third time I'm contacting Epson since I bought the printer in August this year. The reply I'm receiving is that they are working hard on preparing ARM drivers. I hope it will be sooner than later.
