How do I block and remove Game Assist from Windows Server, and when is a proper fix coming?

Can someone explain why Game Assist is getting installed on Windows Server through Microsoft Edge, when this is clearly not a gaming OS? There’s nothing in the GPO templates to stop it, which is ridiculous. What is the official way to remove Game Assist and stop it coming back, without causing even more errors like missing VCLibs.140, issues with ContentDeliveryManager, or the MicrosoftEdgeDevToolsClient?

And when is Microsoft actually going to fix this in a proper update so it’s not a problem anymore?

Thanks.
