Thank you for the information. May I ask what are the steps that you have done so far? Let's also check for corrupted system files.
Click Start, then type cmd.
Right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator".
In the Command Prompt window, type:
sfc /scannow
Press Enter.
Wait for the scan to complete. It may take several minutes.
Then, please restart the computer, then please test again.
If issues still persist, may I ask if you are having error codes? Does all of the icons have the same behavior?
