well I don't try To find wrong description,.But you said it

"Every time I reinstalled then launch it tell me the install has failed"

So at times you got it installed and launched. up next a message

that "The install failed" Pops up is that right,.?  explain please

Any program goes thru the process of Download first. So if you

manage to [Downloaded] Right click on the "Setup.exe" and

select [Run as Administrator] it may works out

if that doesn't work and this game is developed by Steam

Same thing happened with me, it's annoying I had to uninstall it, can you get a refund if steam changes things cause it used to run on steam, now there making use Windows live games and it won't work, so steam broke my game
