The screen keeps freezing when the bubble appears I use it for meeting so I have not yet be able to have a meeting using it

Do you have a touchscreen on your device?
If you do, go to the support page for your device on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of touchscreen drivers they provide.
If you do not have a touchscreen, please provide a screenshot of the 'bubble' you are referring to.
