Unable to upgrade to Windows 11 23H2 - Error 0x8007042b 0x2000d SAFE_OS MIGRATE_DATA

Hello, I've been trying to apply the latest Windows 11 update but the operation keeps rolling back at about 24% of the installation procedure.
I have extensively searched this site and the web for solutions and have tried them all, so I'm posting part of the C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log file, the sections where the error is first mentioned, the whole file is too large, about 175 MB.
Hopefully you'll be able to point me in the right direction.

The setup complains that the migration folder is missing (Ref. Error code 80070003 in the setuperr.log)

Note: The error is not seen in the 1st and 2nd setupact.log files you posted. It's there only in the 3rd one.

So, please try renaming migration.old to Migration. I thought of uploading a new set of "Migration" folder (zipped). But I don't think it's necessary.

Open Command Prompt (admin)

Run:

dir /s /a %systemroot%\System32\Migration > "C:\Dirlist.txt"

Please share "C:\Dirlist.txt" on OneDrive.

Also, please try renaming Migration to Migration.old. If you get an access denied error, you may try renaming the folder from WinRE Command Prompt.

Once done, I shall upload a fresh set of "Migration" folder/files.
