Here are following steps to upgrade your windows 10:

1- Please take your data back up and create system restore point before upgrade.

2- Please download Windows 10 media creation tool from this link below.

3- Run the file and accept the terms & license

4- Click on “Upgrade this PC” and keep your personal file.

5- Click on Install and It will take some time to proceed

6- Follow on screen instruction to complete process.

7- Please watch this video to perform in- place upgrade here is link below.
