My pc point not counting

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even it only counting points only Mobile but pc search not counting.how do I fix this?

    > Check the Challenge Requirements

    Challenges may have specific requirements, you can double check the instructions for the challenge to ensure that you are doing the correct criteria

    > Use Bing Search

    • Make sure that you are using Bing for all your searches

    > Check Search Quota

    • You can only earn number of points from searches each day as this has a daily limit below

    *PC searches: Up to 150 points, 5 points per search

    *Mobile searches: Up to 100 points, 5 points per search

    > Other things to check

    • Logout and login again to your account and then check it again
    • Ensure that you disable VPN or Proxy or you are not using it

    I would also suggest to monitor it for a bit more of time as there might be an issue on the system or server that is interfering with this one but if it will still be same later today or tomorrow then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered and my apologies as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to be able to cross check this.
