- in Returning items you bought from Microsoft for exchange or refund click start
- Type "refund" at ---- and click "Get Help" --- Click Log In and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Select "Microsoft 365 and Office Options", "Manage My Subscription".
- Click Chat with a Support Agent.
