I could not open my computer it show a warning, I call the number for MS started with 877 but than changed to 1-318-516-3296 and 646-847-7489 her was GLORIA SMITH, her is MS5095 and one more ID 69-134-695 PW 43072?? Is she an employee or part f the SCAM? Please help me?

It is a scam, close the window that is showing this message, and don't call any number.
My computer was hacke and I got scammed with a large amount. Now I have on my computer ann Icon and this is the lady Gloria Smith, supposed she worked MS nd install this icon UltraViewer. She my be spying on me.
