    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    There is no real setting in Edge to throttle the download speed, the only setting that may do that is this method

    In Edge, paste this into the Address Bar and press Enter:

    edge://flags/

    In the search box in Edge flags, search for parallel

    Set 'Parallel Downloading' to disabled

    Restart the Edge browser.
