Thank you for reaching out. I have used the page that you included. I have opened numerous tickets through this portal. Unfortunately, I get the same cut and paste reply each and every time.. This is a shame. There has always been alternative ways to confirm my account. This time, there are no alternative ways to confirm my account. I give my phone number, Microsoft texts my phone number with a confirmation number, I then enter the confirmation number Microsoft just sent me. Then Microsoft tells me the phone number that they just sent their confirmation number to is not a good number. Yes, I send Microsoft my phone number, they then text my phone number the confirmation number. It just goes round and round in circles. With Microsoft Support acting like they have never seen or heard this before. Keep in mind that if I want to donate my points or enter any of the Sweepstakes, those two uses work fine.

I JUST CANNOT USE REWARDS POINTS FOR GIFT CARDS ANYMORE.
