Configuring Microsoft Application Guard Proxy definitions as authoritative and defining Internet Proxy Servers still does not allow Sandboxed browsers access to the internet. The following error is presented for sandboxed browser sessions:
ERR_TIMED_OUT
browsing to "edge://application-guard-internals/#utilities", under the Network section, Proxy Configuration, still shows that Edge picks up via autodiscovery, the host PC proxy configuration (Which is the exact proxy servers defined for Internet Proxy Servers in GP, but still no internet access inside the sandbox.
Even after not configuring Microsoft Application Guard Proxy definitions as authoritative and also not configuring any Internet proxies, I would expect the sandbox to use the host system autodiscovered proxy setting to get internet access, but NOPE.
2.When using GP to setup Application Guard, if you select the above path to make Proxies defined under network isolation as authoritative, do you still need to configure Application Guard Container Proxy for Microsoft Edge (Administrative Templates/Microsoft Edge/Application Guard Container Proxy)?? If yes, this has also failed to allow sandboxed browser sessions access to internet.
I am exhausted at this point but not relenting.
Any help on this will help.
