Collections in Edge not working after update

After Collections updated itself, not the browser itself, my Collections tab stopped working and is infinitely loading, even going to "edge://collections/" it does the exact same thing, it's been like this since it has updated, i remember that for it to update i had to keep the Collections tool opened for it to complete and when i closed and opened after installing, it was working for a bit, i got to actually see the new look but it suddenly stopped and now is like this every time i try to open it.

    You can reset Edge in Edge settings and try again.

    Resetting Edge will erase your browsing data, especially cookies and caches, so back up important data in advance.

    If resetting Edge doesn't work, follow the steps here to reset Edge Collections and try again.

    Same issue tried both on a freshly formatted machine. Files get recreated but issue persists after the rename and modify doesn't fix them. Other devices with edge have the collections working fine (not windows os)
