    Hi.

    If you look in the box the Surface studio arrived in there is a small quick start.

    For the more in depth stuff open the windows start and click the shortcut icon that says 'SURFACE'. You will find more basic functionality of the device there, click 'get started' for the quick tour.

    There is a link to the Tips App, which will lay out the more advanced and integration concepts for the surface studio.

    The rest you'll have to find yourself as you walk that road of discovery, pro-tip 'if in doubt' "Google is your friend".

    Are you offering to send me the manual that came with your machine?  I wanted to help my son with his machine. He lives a distance from me and Microsoft Surface App crashes on his Surface Studio 2.  He spent hours on the Phone with Microsoft.  Microsoft had him install Windows 10 version 1809 over Windows 10 version 1803 which made things worse.....

    That manual won't help with the issue you describe.

    and start at Step 4 and see if you can fix the Surface App

    Worst case scenario is to reimage from a downloadable recovery image and start

    again

    You have described no problem in your post other than wanting a manual. A vague request at best considering the range and scope of computing.

    I am not a mind reader (your mind being very far away from me !!). So how about less of the rude attitude and more information for us to work with if you want help from community members.

    If you have serious issues that do not resolve with updates my best suggestion (based on 20 years of windows experience) is to use the recovery partition.

    I recommend the option belowAFTERyou have backed up all data and saved the bitlocker key (instructions on the link above).

    Once you have re-installed windows 10 you will need to go to Microsoft support and download the specific .msi package for the surface studio 2 below

    choose 

    SurfaceStudio2_Win10_17763_1900910_0.msi

    This appears to be the latest and greatest drivers firmware package.
