missing ssd drive

has anyone had missing ssd drive issues with the surface studio v1 2tb 128 sdd- I have had two machines both new and can not find the drive - 6 weeks of dealing with problem - costing me money - and I must of spoken to support least 10 times and IT support least 5 who keep linking to machine and telling me it's not there - not getting anywhere with this - so would help to know if anyone else has been through this and how it was resolved - feel I'm going crazy - thank you

    Hi,  I've just bought a Surface Studio 1 128SSD 2TB HDD. When I view disc manager, I only see one disc, the C drive at just under 2 TB. Is this normal? I'm getting conflicting information from Microsoft. Some agents say the computer should show both the SSD & HDD and others say it its normal. Help please. Thanks in advance.

    David Expert 671. I cannot see your reply for some reason but got the email notification. I am in the UK. I have spoken to Microsoft online support numerous times. most agents say the drive should be visible but I cannot see it. Just the C drive. Is this normal. It is the 2nd studio I have had. I've been advised to return it. I just need to know what I should see re the HDD & SSD. Thank you

    The original Studio had these configurations :

    Rapid Hybrid Drive options: 64GB SSD with 1TB HDD, 128GB SSD with 1TB HDD, 128GB

    SSD with 2TB HDD

    Please type

    this pc

    in the Cortana-search box

    and open This PC

    get a screen shot and include it in a reply
