go into device manager, bluetooth - Marvell, right click properties, power tab,
and UNcheck the box to let the computer turn off the device to save power.

having intermittent Bluetooth connectivity issues .. Surface Studio looses keyboard and mouse.. I touch screen and devices are operable again.. any clue ?

Thank you for your reply. This is the first "official" response I've seen acknowledging the issue and it makes sense as it seems to happen under heavy wifi / Bluetooth use. Will wait and see if it fixes the issue!
Hello. I am having this same issue, but I am using a different keyboard and mouse (logitec craft) I love this keyboard (expensive as heck) but it keeps turning off too. I tried the same troubleshooting methods, but I dont see the same result. Any advice?
