Ad being disapproved due to "display url"

I'm trying to create an Ad, but it keeps getting disapproved due to "display url".

The ad settings doesn't have a section "display URL", so I'm guessing it's a problem with the "path" field, which has the beginning generated by the service. The path being generated is "play.google.com" and it doesn't work as it is. I've tried adding different parts of the full url in to the fields, but nothing has worked so far, after several attempts.

The Ad's final url leads to my game's google play store page, but the automatically generated "path" keeps failing approval. What can I do to solve the issue?

Edit. I've tried using the live chat to get help, but it keeps loading endlessly or fails to sign me in.

Edit 2. The service just doesn't allow Ads to Google play store. Throwing another URL worked instantly.

    Hi VanilleGames,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Advertising Support! I understand you are experiencing issues when creating an ad.

Every component of your ad that is submitted to Microsoft Advertising must go through an editorial review to ensure the ad meets our editorial requirements. For more information on Microsoft Advertising Policies, please click here.

From my understanding, it seems you are attempting to add the Google Play store link to your Final URL path, which is subsequently affecting the website that is displayed in the Path URL field. Per our policy, Google is a disapproved term that cannot be directly displayed within your ad copy.

Since you are attempting to lead potential customers to your Google Play store link to download your app, I would suggest using App Install Ads. App Install Ads are similar to text ads, but provide direct links to your apps with a button, sending customers directly to the applicable store to download the application. Currently, this feature is in pilot, but you can sign up here to be added. For more information on this feature, please click here.

You can also link apps to your ad by using App Extensions. App Extensions are additional elements of your ad that promote your apps across PC’s, tablets, and smartphones from your ad. With App Extensions, a customer’s device and operating system is automatically detected and will take the user directly to the correct app store. For more information on how to implement App Extensions, please click here.

    I hope this information helps!

    Sincerely,

    Hi VanilleGames,

I happy to hear the information I provided was helpful! Regarding your promotional offer, the amount is good for any charges accrued on the account; so the type of ad you use to promote your product or service does not affect how the coupon would be used.

I hope this clarifies your question.

    Sincerely,

    Thanks for the reply!

I'll look in to the App install Ads and App extensions. I just have an active coupon for the Ad, and I don't know if it's transferrable to App install Ads. If not, I'll still going with the text Ads.
