Bing Ads Invalid Clicks

Hello,

I found 4 to 5 clicks on a single search team for most of the keywords of the campaign, all the search terms are like long tail keywords so the probability of getting clicks on same search term is already less. So is this possible or these are invalid clicks.

If yes, then please suggest me that how to see invalid clicks & where to claim for return.

Thanks!!

    Hi SudiGummi,

Thank you for reaching out with your question, we’re happy to help!

While we can’t guarantee clicks or conversions, we do like to ensure that the clicks and conversions received are relevant and of high quality. With each click, your ad will be categorized as either a standard-quality click, low-quality click, or an invalid click. Standard-quality clicks are clicks that are most likely from potential customers. These are the clicks that have the most potential to drive customer awareness of your business and boost your conversion rate. Unlike standard-quality clicks, low-quality and invalid clicks typically don't result in conversions or value to your business. These types of click often originate from spiders, robots, questionable sources, or test servers. Here at Bing Ads, we do our best to catch any clicks that are low-quality or invalid before they’re reported to you, however, some occasionally fall through the cracks. Monitoring the clicks you receive is often good practice and can be the first step in catching any low-quality or invalid clicks we may miss. Our Monitoring clicks: Telling the good from the bad help article tells you what you should watch out for and is a great article to reference. Some other helpful article to reference is Traffic Quality Center help article .

In the event that you feel we may have missed some low-quality or invalid clicks, we are more than happy to review the situation to determine the quality of the clicks in question. I have sent you a private message on how to proceed if you would like for us to investigate further. Please check your private messages.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to ask any additional questions or concerns as I am happy to help!

    Sincerely,
