"Below First Page Bid" error not showing bid and ad groups not adjusting to match mainline bid

A good amount of my keywords in more than one account have the error message showing that they are below the first page bid. This message usually shows what the first page bid is for that keyword so I can adjust my bids accordingly, but that number hasn't been showing up.

I have also tried to edit my bids to make them higher and have tried mass editing them all to make them match the top of page bid or to automate to do so and after trying both methods, the bids didn't change and the error message didn't go away. Is there some sort of glitch, or did something with bidding change?

    There's an estimated mainline bid column that you can add. I guess i must have accidentally removed that column? Whoops.
