I've tried several different ways of trouble shooting this situation and I will list them here.
-I've tried reinstalling Teams multiple times, cleared data and cache, no difference.
-The teams app is updated to the latest version.
-I've tried using several devices as myself and my 25 coworkers are having issues. I have a ticket out to the IT team at work as well but haven't gotten success in the past.
