Document Intelligence: Copied models not appearing in Document Intelligence Studio

Hi there,

Using the Document Models - Copy Model To API call I am able to successfully copy a Custom Extraction Model from a source Document Intelligence resource to a target Document Intelligence resource, copying the source Model to the target Model as defined in the Document Models - Authorize Model Copy API call.

However, because the target Model is never associated with a Project, I am not able to view the target Model in Document Intelligence Studio. I am able to view it through the List Models operation but not check that it is there through the Studio's UI.

Is this correct? Should I be able to view the target Model through Document Intelligence Studio?

Thanks!

Rich

    Hi @Richard Jackson,

You can make the model visible in the Studio UI by manually copying it within the Models section. To do this, go to Document Intelligence Studio, select the Project, navigate to the Models tab, and select "Copy". Choose the resource and select the model you want to copy. Once the copy process is complete, the model should appear in the Models section of the target instance, making it accessible through the Studio UI.

I hope you understand! Thank you.
