OXPS files can be opened using the xps viewer which should be in start - windows accessories.
if it not there
go to settings -> apps and features
click on " manage optional features"
click " add a feature"
scroll down to find xps viewer
click xps viewer then click the install buttonBest regards,

Go to Settings, System, and scroll down and click on Optional Features. If xps viewer is not on the list, click the "view features" button at the top to add an optional feature. Search for "xps viewer" and check the box. Click "next" and then "add."
