I download Console App (Universal) Project Templates from
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=AndrewWhitechapelMSFT.ConsoleAppUniversal link.
But it failed to install.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
The "Console App (Universal) Project Templates" extension works with Visual Studio 2017 and 2019, and last updated date is 2/10/2019. It doesn’t support Visual Studio 2022 or other previous versions of Visual Studio like VS 2015, 2013…
If you are using VS 2022, it’s expected that it failed to install.
