We are experiencing issues with registering devices in our Azure Notification Hubs using the "Create or overwrite an installation" REST API. Although the API returns 200, the device doesn't get registered, and the "Installation GET" returns 404. We need help with debugging this issue. How can we better investigate what is going wrong?

We are experiencing the same on our end. We are using the Notification Hub SDK. For a week ago everything worked like a charm, this week not so much.. We are having problems registering new installations and updating installations. Tried creating a new Notification Hub, same problem.
@Davy Meybos /Simon Westlinder Our internal team confirmed that this issue seems resolved now.
I would suggest you retry the installation operation and let us know if you are still facing the issues.

Upon deeper investigations, our engineering team has identified a bug, fix has been deployed as well.

This has not been resolved. We have the same issue where calls to create or update an installation returns a false positive. This is currently affect a customer's production environment where they rely on notifications for being alerted to important events.
We're trying to get a hold of our cloud service provider to create a ticket and escalating it.

**Issue was identified and mitigated in the West Europe region. Waiting on a RCA.
