Secure the online meeting allowing only persons with passcode to join the meeting

When we create an online meeting - https://dori-uw-1.kuma-moon.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/onlinemeeting?view=graph-rest-beta in the beta version, there is an option for passcode required which returns a meeting id and passcode in the response.

But when i join with the joinwebUrl, I can join the meeting without requiring a passcode. The passcode is required only when the meeting is joined with meeting id.

Can we allow person only with passcode to join the onlinemeeting when they join with joinwebUrl?
