Hi

I am using a surface prof with windows home installed. I need to be able to logon to my laptop using my business account details ensuring that everything is properly synced with my corporate 365 Business account.

When registering the laptop and license I had to login with ******@outlook.com as profile, but now I am using ******@aqrisk.com as profile for business purpose.

For some reason I not able to get this working - what to do?

Why am I not able to create an Microsoft windows account for my 365 business profile on the laptop?

Does this not work with Windows Home version or is there something else I need to do?

This is rather urgent as the family license seem to have expired and I need to secure business continuity and keep working leveraging the ******@aqrisk.com business account.

Please help

Thanks

    Hello, this is Emily.

In order to sign into your Windows using a AAD (Microsoft business) account, you do need at least the Pro edition or higher. In addition to that, your company's IT needs to have set up Azure Active Directory and device management, group policy, etc to allow their users to sign into Windows using their AAD account. If you do decide to upgrade to pro, make sure you consult with your company's IT first as they may not have confugred all of that to allow it.
