EDIT: Solution. TLDR; After I cleared my cache/cookies on normal browser and rebooted my PC incognito tab/window on your browser worked.
After getting the run around through phone lines that only use AI/Automated messaging and given a website URL that does not have a drop down for the issue I am having, I'm really hoping an actual answer or path to an answer can be provided here before I block charges on my credit card.
Upon entering my business Microsoft 365 admin center, I am faced with all the drop downs giving the same error "Something failed on our end. Try again later." (See attached photo.) and nothing populating. I would like to download the invoices and change my billing information but I am unable to.
Things I've done.
- I've tried a different browser
- I've cleared my cookies/cache.
- I've called both 1 800 865 9408 and 1 800 865 9403 and received no help.
- I went to https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/manage to create a ticket, but can't because there's no drop down associated with my issue.
- I checked status.office365.com to see the status and it says everything is fine.
- Checked it the next day after the "outage" on Jan 22nd. All status reports say operational. Still not loading.
What phone line do I need to call to talk to an actual person to fix this. It's been ongoing for months (I would check periodically to see if it was working, but now I cannot wait any longer).
