I've had no problem posting comments on news articles featured by MSN until a couple of days ago. When try to post a banner pops up that says the comments don't meet the community guidelines. None of my comments went against the community guidelines and if they did, they were directed at someone who clearly broke the guidelines, and I gave them a bit of face time. I have NO marks on my account that would flag me as a violator of the rules, yet someone or something is going through the censorship process and removing the comments that they just find disagreeable. This extreme sensitivity is not part of the community guidelines and actually can hurt your product line because you refuse to accept the undeniable criticism of actual users. If you're using AI, you need to get rid of it or fix the broken algorithm. Please stop the censorship, you're killing dialogue. (moved from Microsoft Edge)

Did try to clear cache and cookies, even tried using Edge with the same results.

And since my Edge browser has no ad‑blockers or privacy extensions it proves those are not the problem.

Come on MSN staff, acknowledge the problem and then fix it rather than giving us a list of things for us to do that don't work. This is clearly a glitch in the feedback system, which means only MSN on their end can fix it.

There is nowhere on the website to report issues on comments being rejected. How do I complain about excessive blocking of comments?
