If your Chrome browser is stuck loading the Speed Studio page, it could be due to blocked cookies or pop-ups. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Cookies Settings: Ensure that your Chrome browser is set to allow cookies. You can do this by navigating to chrome://settings/cookies and selecting the option to allow all cookies or specifically allow cookies for the Speed Studio site.
    2. Enable Pop-ups: Sometimes, pop-ups are necessary for certain pages to load correctly. To enable pop-ups for the Speed Studio site, look for a pop-up blocked icon in the address bar and select it to allow pop-ups from that site.
    3. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve loading issues. You can do this by going to the Chrome menu, selecting More tools, then Clear browsing data..., and choosing to clear cookies and cached images.
    4. Try Incognito Mode: Open an Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N) and try accessing the Speed Studio page again. This mode doesn't use cached data or cookies, which can help identify if the issue is related to stored data.
    5. Check for Third-party Cookies: If third-party cookies are blocked, it may prevent the page from loading. Make sure to allow third-party cookies in your browser settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider trying a different browser or checking your internet connection.

    Hi FU SHIJIE

Clearing Cache and cookies should resolved the issue.

Please test in another browser to isolate the issue.

    Thank you.
